The following Refund Policy was designed for SuperVictor Universe and it will be reviewed and updated periodically according to all applicable laws and regulations.

WHO IS SUPERVICTOR UNIVERSE
SVU JOURNEY S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “SuperVictor Universe”) is the owner of the “SuperVictor Universe” brand and the administrator of the website: https://supervictoruniverse.com/ (the ”Platform)”.
This Refund Policy is intended for customers (hereinafter referred to as “you” or ”the Customer”) making purchases from the SuperVictor Universe online store available on our Platform.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY
According to Governmental Emergency Ordinance ("GEO") 34/2014 on consumer rights arising from contracts with merchants, you have the right to withdraw from the contract by unilateral termination, without giving a reason, for 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the moment when you or a person designated by the Customer (someone other than the courier) has received delivery of the parcel. The date of delivery of the parcel and the day on which the time limit expires count towards the 5-day period. Please be aware that you will have to bear the cost of returning the products in case of withdrawal.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must to send us your decision to withdraw to the following e-mail address supervictoruniverse@gmail.com. Please make sure that your message includes all the necessary data such as: order number, e-mail address, phone number, bank account, etc. The return process is detailed in the points below. 
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you without undue delay the amount of the order you have paid for, including the cost of transport (except for additional costs arising from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the usual one offered by us), no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the time we sent the notification of acceptance of the return. If you choose to keep certain products and only partially return the order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
The refund of the price paid by the Customer for the delivery will be made by the same means in which these amounts were received in the original transaction. The payments received will be refunded to the Customer by bank transfer, to the account that the Customer is obliged to mention in the request for refund. 
We will not refund an order until we send you a notification that the products have been accepted. We may postpone the refund until it receives the returned product and its accessories or until the Customer provides proof that it has returned the product in proper condition, whichever comes first.
In the event of withdrawal/return, made in compliance with the time and form requirements shown above, the Customer is obliged to return the products in the proper condition in which they were received, unaltered, unworn (except for fitting), clean (but not cleaned/washed), unscratched and in all cases undamaged, with the labels intact, in the packaging in which they were received, no later than 14 (fourteen) days after notification of the withdrawal decision (the day on which the withdrawal is notified and the day on which the period expires being taken into account).
Please note that an exchange or replacement option is not currently available. If a product does not fit you, you must return it according to the instructions in these Refund Policy and place a new order.
GUIDE TO PACKING PRODUCTS FOR RETURN
Please pack the product in something that is resistant to transport (a bag, a box, etc). Do not use the individual bag in which your order comes in, this is not considered as a suitable packaging to hand it over to the courier.
Products must be sent with all labels and accessories intact, as we sent them. The labels must not be torn or cut, the product must not be worn, washed, soiled, etc. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the return or charge a fee to bring the products back to saleable condition.
NOT RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Please note that according to Art. 16, lit. c from GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals, certain products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned. You will be specifically informed when you purchase such a product.
We may also, not accept the return of products, which by their nature, including for reasons of hygiene/public health, cannot be returned, such as unsealed underwear, swimwear, socks and cosmetics.
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE NATIONAL AUTHORITY FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION
If you consider that your rights provided by Governmental Emergency Ordinance ("GEO") 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals, you can address directly to us or to our National Authority for Consumer Protection ”ANPC” by submitting a complaint.
